RESOURCE PROFILE MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 23, 2009

Present: Chairman David White, Kimberly Ferguson, James Jumonville, Joseph Sullivan, Kenneth O’Brien (left at 8:00pm)
FinCom Members: Paul Challenger, Marilynn Foley, Jim Dunn, Peter Lacy
Also Present: Brian J. Bullock, Town Manager, Jacquie Kelly, Assistant Town Manager
The meeting was called to order at 7:00. This meeting is the annual presentation on the Resource Profile by the Town Manager.
The Town Manager reviewed the F/Y 10 Budget Message and the Resource Profile with the Finance Committee.
The Manager distributed a memo about the Omnibus Deficit Reduction Plan.
Motion by Sel. Sullivan, seconded by Sel. Ferguson, it was VOTED 4-0 TO AGREE IN PRINCIPLE WITH THE OMNIBUS DEFICIT REDUCTION PLAN WITH ASSURANCE THAT THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT FUND WOULD BE REPAID.
Motion by Sel. Sullivan, seconded by Sel. Ferguson, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN THE FEBRUARY 23, 2009 RESOURCE PROFILE MEETING AT 8:15PM.
