SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
June 25, 2009
3:30 PM Selectmen’s Room
Selectmen Present: Kimberly Ferguson, Chair, and Members James Jumonville, Kenneth O’Brien, and David White
Also Present: Brian Bullock, Town Manager, Jacquelyn Kelly, Assistant Town Manager, Robert J. Martin, Town Counsel, D. M. Moschos, Labor Counsel
Chairman Ferguson called the special meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Executive Session
Immediately upon the opening of the meeting, Chairman Ferguson asked for a motion to enter Executive Session for the purpose of discussion negotiations with non-union personnel. On a motion by Selectman White, seconded by Selectman Jumonville, it was voted to enter into Executive Session to discuss contract negotiations with non-union personnel, to return to open session only for the purposes of adjourning their special meeting.
Roll Call Vote: Selectman O'Brien - No; Selectmen Jumonville - Aye; Selectman White - Aye; Chairman Fergsuon - Aye.
Adjournment
At 4:30 p.m., the Selectmen returned to open session. The Chairman said there would be no public comment at this time. On a motion by Selectman White, seconded by Selectman Jumonville, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the Special Meeting.
