MEMBERS PRESENT: Hank Ouellette, Larry Popple, Patt Popple, Ginny Ursin
The Minutes of Meeting #195, April 4, 2007 and Meeting #196, May 30, 2007 were approved.
Control Room/Studio Update: Johnny has worked with AdTech to pare down the previous estimate for upgrading the control room and studio. It was moved and passed unanimously to approve the revised estimate of $115,513.00.
Ginny reminded us that we had talked of visiting the cable access facilities in Shrewsbury which is operated by the Municipal Light Department. Larry will look into setting this up for the fall.
There being no further business before the committee, the meeting was adjourned.
