The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
The Committee discussed details of the Master Plan presentation to the Planning Board. It was suggested a brief summary reviewing the process and focus on the implementation recommendations explaining how recommendations are not meant to be an all or nothing approach but all items should be reviewed because it is the residents wants for the future of the Town.
The process for forming an Implementation Committee is the most important recommendation. Barbara Kohlstrom and Kimberly Ferguson will present to the Planning Board on June 10, 2008.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
