CONSERVATION COMMISSION
January 3, 2007

Members Present: Ken Strom; Nancy Rocheleau; Michael Scott; Matthew Kennedy; Robert Lowell; Anthony Costello

Members Absent: Leonard Anderson

Staff Present: Pamela Harding; Cynthia Smith

Others: Dan Hazen; Dan Leahy & George Kiritsy - CB Blair Dev.

The meeting began at 7:00 p.m.

NOI Alden Woods -  G. Kiritsy, D. Leahy & D. Hazen were present. M. Kennedy looked at the revised calcs and ahd no major issues. D. Hazen will incorporate these changes into the master set of plans for this project that he will submit later. K. Strom noted that the swale from a prior plan was missing. It will be added on the final. The Board decided to let the applicant start construction and hold this case open to next month for the revised plans to be submitted. The case was continued on February 7, 2007.

Certif. of Compliance 600 Manning St. - P. Harding had inspeced this site and it has been completed for some time. N. Rocheleau moved to issue a C.O.C. and R. Lowell seconded the vote was unanimous.

Minutes - K. Strom moved to accept the minutes of December 6, 2006. M. Scott seconded and the vote was unanimous with N. Rocheleau abstaining.

Other Business -

20 Putnam Ln. -  P. Harding sent the applicant a letter stating that additional plantings need to be done in the spring and the applicant will contact the Board to inspect.

118 Brattle St. & 60 Dorothy Ave. -
Both applicants have been notified as to what was needed from them to receive their COCs.

R. Lowell moved to close the meeting at 7:15p.m. and M. Scott seconded. The vote was unanimous.

The next meeting is scheduled for February 7, 2007.
