The meeting began at 7:00 PM
Notice of Intent - Stoney Brook Estates 290 Reservoir St. - Requested that Eco Tec make a recommendation regarding the perenniality of the stream still flowing based on Patricia White's letter.
Public Hearing - Puffer/Heinenger Parcels - Bill Murray gave presentation regarding the wetland system. A peer review will be chosen and a site visit scheduled.
Certificate of Compliance - Holden Hills Golf Course - Discussion of the Conservation Restriction to be continued at the next meeting.
Certificate of Compliance - 60 Dorothy Ave. - It was agreed that the homeowner has complied with the requests made by the Conservation Commission board. R. Lowell made a motion to approve the Certificate of Compliance. N. Rocheleau seconded. All in favor.
N. Rocheleau made a motion to approve the 07/18/07 minutes. K. Strom seconded. All in favor.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 3, 2007.
