The meeting began at 7:00 PM
NOTICE OF INTENT - Stoney Brook - The detention pond was raised 6 inches to address a few minor issues. The Commission questioned whether the 3 ponds would satisfy the distribution. There was also a concern about ponding between lots. Applicant will address these issues at the next meeting. Continued until February 6, 2008.
NOTICE OF INTENT - Wingspan Estates Definitive Subdivision - Applicant has decreased the size of the detention pond and has added the forebay. With no further questions from the Commission or the public, M. Scott made a motion to approve the order with the conditions that no excavation or earth movement be done before ground thaw and that a SWPPP must be filed prior to the start of construction. L. Anderson seconded. All in favor.
ANRAD Pine Tree Lane - Pine Hill, LLC - the commission requested the applicant delineate areas on an abutting property. N. Rocheleau voted to continue the hearing until a site walk can be conducted, L. Anderson seconded the motion all were in favor.
NOTICE OF INTENT - Sheffield Way Extension - Lot A - With no further questions from the Commission or the public, R. Lowell made a motion to issue a standard Order of Conditions with the added condition that the 25 foot buffer from wetland line not be disturbed. L. Anderson seconded. All were in favor.
K. Strom made a motion to adjourn. L. Anderson seconded the motion. All were in favor.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2008.
