MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 12, 2007
HOLDEN SENIOR CENTER
Members Present: Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Jim Dunn, Glenn Gaudette, Rick Bates, Maria Dell'Ovo (@ 7:25PM)
The meeting was called to order at 7:12 PM.
The Committee reviewed the draft Finance Committee Policy Goals and Budget Expectations spreadsheet developed at a previous meeting.
The Committee added, deleted, and modified several potential goals and expectations by consensus.
Each member presented a ranking number (10 highest, 1 lowest) for each of their 10 highest priority Goals and Expectations to Mr. Berg who collected the results.
Absent members will be given an opportunity to make their rankings within the next few days, so that the consolidated final Committee rankings may be presented to the Town Manager and Select Board at the earliest opportunity.
The meeting adjourned at 9:23 PM.
