MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 14, 2007
7:00 TOWN HALL
Members Present: Paul Challenger, Ed Benoit, Al Berg, Paul Anderson, Peter Lacy, Jim Dunn, Maria Dell'Ovo, Rick Bates, Marilynn Foley
Also Present: Brian Bullock, Town Manager, Larry Galkowski, Director of Public Works, Rich DeWitt, Supervisor of Operations, Selectmen: Joe Sullivan, Ken O'Brien
The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
The Director of Public Works reviewed his budget and answered questions.
Ed, Paul A., Jim and Maria reported on the budget meeting with the Superintendent of Montachusett Vocational High School.
Paul C. and Al attended a WRSDC budget meeting and Paul C. spoke at the public address part of the meeting. State Representative Lew Evangelidis spoke to the WRSDC about the increase in state aid to the District. The Committee will meet with the Holden representatives to the WRSDC on March 20, 2007.
Ed, Al and Marilynn reported on the GASB 45 meeting. An actuarial study was presented and questions were answered.
A motion by Rick 2nd by Maria to accept the minutes of March 7, 2007 was voted unanimously (abstained Peter).
The meeting adjourned at 10:00.
