MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 28, 2007

Members Present: Paul Challenger, Ed Benoit, Al Berg, Paul Anderson, Rick Bates, Maria Dell'Ovo, Marilynn Foley
Members Absent: Jim Dunn, Peter Lacy
Also Present: Selectman Joe Sullivan
The meeting was called to order at 7:05.
The Committee reviewed and discussed different accounts in the Municipal Budget.
Also discussed was the WRSD Budget. The present shortfall for Holden is $400,000.00.
Al had a handout for the Committee concerning the Municipal Budget. Jim Dunn also submitted a handout listing items for the Committee to consider.
The Committee decided not to hold a informational pre town meeting. Jim is working on an improved and expanded handout for the town meeting similar to ones in the past few years.
A motion by Al 2nd by Paul C. to accept the minutes of March 21, 2007 was voted unanimously (abstained Rick).
A motion by Paul C. 2nd by Al to accept the minutes of March 27, 2007 as amended was voted unanimously (abstained Rick).
The meeting adjourned at 9:22.
