MEETING MINUTES
MAY 21, 2007
6:00 MOUNTVIEW SCHOOL
Members Present: Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Ed Benoit, Paul Anderson, Jim Dunn,
Peter Lacy, Rick Bates, Maria Dell'Ovo, Marilynn Foley
Also Present Briefly: Brian Bullock, Town Manager, Bob Martin, Town Counsel
The meeting was called to order at 6:00.
The Committee discussed the W/S Enterprise Fund. The Town Manager joined the Committee briefly for this discussion. A motion by Jim 2nd by Ed to recommend approval of Article 6-5 (W/S Enterprise Fund) to the Town Meeting was voted unanimously. There will be a meeting on May 30, 2007 to discuss capacity, water loss, rates, etc.
A motion by Paul C 2nd by Jim to recommend that the Town Meeting take no action on Article 9 (Paxton School windows) was voted unanimously. Town Counsel briefly joined the Committee for clarification before the vote.
A motion by Paul C 2nd by Al to accept the minutes of May 9, 2007 was voted unanimously as amended (abstained Jim, Rick).
The Committee recessed to attend the Annual Town Meeting at 6:50. Refer to Town Clerk's official minutes of the Annual Town Meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:07.
