MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 7, 2008

Members Present: Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Glenn Gaudette, Marilynn Foley
Members Absent: Jim Dunn, Peter Lacy, Maria Dell'Ovo, Rick Bates, Bob Ripley
Also Present: Tom Pandiscio, Superintendent WRSD, Peter Brennan, Comptroller WRSD
The meeting was called to order at 7:05.
The Committee invited the Superintendent of the WRSD to discuss the WRSD budget and the 5 member WRSD towns assessments. Tom answered questions submitted to him in advance by the Committee. There was a lot of discussion about the budget and the affordability of it to the 5 member towns.
No official business was conducted as there was not a quorum present.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30.
