MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 9, 2009

Members Absent: Paul Challenger, Peter Lacy, Maria Dell'Ovo, Rick Bates, Glenn Gaudette
Also Present: Brian Bullock, Town Manager, Jacquie Kelly, Asst. Town Manager, Jim Shuris, DPW Director, Members of the BOS, Members of the W/S Committee
Guests: Andy Miller, Tom Morgan from CDM
The meeting was called to order at 7:02.
The joint meeting was called to discuss pursuing the Stimulus funding for high priority Water/Sewer projects outlined in a previous report by CDM. This is important for clean drinking water for the Town of Holden. A decision to respond has to be made to the DEP by March 13, 2009.
Representatives of the Finance Committee sat in also while the Selectmen discussed the Special Town Meeting scheduled for March 31, 2009 as there are financial items on the warrant for that meeting.
No official business was conducted as there was not a quorum present of the Finance Committee.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40.
