1. June meeting record approved
2. Holden Master Plan
CMRPC has issued a preliminary tabulation of existing and predicted Daily Traffic Volumes at 30 locations in Holden. Copy attached. No other information relating to the promised computer model study of an I-190/Malden Street intersection has been received.
3. Doyle Road intersections with Brattle and Shrewsbury Streets
DPW is seeking bids on this work to be done with Chapter 90 money. The work would include a sidewalk running continuously along the south side of Doyle Road from Shrewsbury Street to Nelson Street, as well as upgrading the Doyle Road intersections at Brattle Street and Shrewsbury Street.
4. Chapel Street signage
Nothing new
5. Main Street
Jim has been asked by DPW Director to arrange a meeting with Mass Highway to discuss possible improvements in traffic pattern in the area of Main Street intersections with Salisbury and Malden Streets.
6. Watershed Protection
T/C discussed the attached sheet entitled "Article XIII - Watershed Protection" (from Holden-Worcester Water Supply Agreement Dated November 18, 2002) and support its general intent of protecting the reservoirs.
7. Greenwood II
Jim brought T/C up to date on negotiations between town and developer. No action required by T/C at this time.
8. Winterberry Hollow
A general discussion of the present status of this project took place. Nothing new for T/C.
9. Street signs
T/C has noted general inconsistencies throughout town on types and locations of street signs and/or lack of same.
