MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 3, 2007
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Roy Fraser III, Mark Sutphen, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:10.
Mark reported that he and Paul had revised and sent out the sponsor letters. We hope for a good response.
Roy will take care of purchasing the roses for around the Bandstand.
The next meeting we will plan on who will be in charge of each concert.
On a motion by Roy 2nd by Mark the minutes of March 6, 2007 were voted unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50.
