MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 6, 2007
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Roy Fraser III, Mark Sutphen, Paul Gunning, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:10.
A motion by Roy 2nd by Marilynn to accept the minutes of February 6, 2007 was voted unanimously (abstained Paul).
The committee discussed letters to the sponsors. Mark and Paul will revise the sponsor letters and also the sponsor form. The list of bands to perform will also be enhanced.
The sponsor letters will be sent out as soon as possible.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00.
