MEETING MINUTES
MAY 1, 2007
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Paul Gunning, Clare Williams, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:15.
The minutes of April 3, 2007 will be acted on at the June meeting.
The finances are holding steady.
New letters were sent out to solicit sponsors with the cost of the bands listed. Sponsor money is beginning to be received. Clare will make follow up calls to those who were sent letters.
Clare will do the publicity for the concert season. Marilynn will put the list of concerts on the cable channel - HCTV.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05.
