MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 5, 2008
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Roy Fraser III, Mark Sutphen, Clare Williams, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:05.
On a motion by Roy 2nd by Mark the minutes of November 6, 2007 were voted unanimously.
The Finance Report is good. We received a little over $1500.00 through the Light-A-Light mailings.
We received a Grant from the Arts Culture Committee for the full cost of Claflin Hill. We will share that information with the Town Manager and the BOS.
We need to get the plaques made designating the past donors of trees, plants and benches. Also the street sign needs to be repaired-the tracks for the letters.
Clare will do the publicity for the concerts and the newspapers summer special editions. She will also contact WRHS to see if any music or drama program would perform at the Bandstand.
We watched a tape of the first concert performed at the Bandstand.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15.
