MEETING MINUTES
May 6, 2008
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Roy Fraser III, Clare Williams, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:05.
A motion by Roy 2nd by Clare to accept the minutes of March 4, 2008 was voted unanimously.
The finances are okay. Sponsor money will be coming in for deposit as the letters have been sent out to the community.
Roy has repaired the broken railings. He has ordered the materials to repair the sign.
Clare will do the publicity for the newspapers. Marilynn will put the concert schedule on HCTV11 and submit the permit for concerts to the Selectmen.
We discussed who would be available for the Sunday concerts.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05.
