MEETING MINUTES
November 4, 2008
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Roy Fraser III, Clare Williams, Mark Sutphen, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:03.
A motion by Mark 2nd by Clare to accept the minutes of October 7, 2008 was voted unanimously.
The finances are still okay for now.
The Committee discussed the 2009 concert schedule. Mark will apply for the Arts Lottery Grant.
The committee decided to have the Light-A-Light flyer printed and inserted in the Landmark. We were not able to include it in the HMLD bill this year. Mark and Clare will put the Light-A-Light information on the Bandstand sign.
The Committee will decorate the Bandstand and set up the tree on November 29.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30.
