MEETING MINUTES
February 3, 2009
STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Roy Fraser III, Mark Sutphen, Marilynn Foley
The meeting was called to order at 7:11.
The Secretary's and Treasurer's reports were not available this evening.
The committee listened to CD's. We contacted Mood Elevator's after listening to their CD and scheduled them for this summer.
A duo called for now Deb and Chas auditioned live for us and the Committee will consider booking them for the summer.
Mark will contact George Paradis at Mountview school for a Sunday concert earlier in June.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30.
