1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion by Beverly Potvin Kenniston, seconded by James Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of August 27, 2007 and November 5, 2007.
2. Miscellaneous Items

The Principal Assessor met with Andrew Nelson from the Department of Revenue on Tuesday, November 6 to review the Recap Sheet and supporting documentation.
The Fiscal Year 2008 Tax Rate of $12.62 was approved on November 6, 2007.
The actual Tax Bills for FY08 will be mailed on December 29, 2007.
Worcester Regional Retirement System Board – there is currently a very important election underway at the Worcester Regional Retirement System Board for a one-year unexpired seat on the Board. Beverly is a candidate for this position.
GIS Update – CDM has provided shape files to Vision Appraisal that will link the GIS to the static database. Vision’s GIS link should be available by the end of this month.
The selectmen have invited the assessors to tonight’s meeting in recognition of their years of service to the Town. Both Jim Dillon and Beverly Kenniston have worked for the Town of Holden for 25 years. Janice Cross will be recognized for 20 years of service and Rose Johnson for 5 years of service in the assessors’ office.
Worcester County Assessors’ Meeting will be held on December 5th.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 4:30 P.M.
