1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion by B. Potvin, seconded by J. Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of December 4, 2006.
2. Miscellaneous Items
A. Miscellaneous Discussion
1. Abatement Applications were reviewed. There was eight (8) real estate abatements granted and one (1) personal property abatement granted. February 1 is the last day for filing abatement applications. We have received very few applications to date.
2. The Supplemental Tax on New Construction (Hopkinton Bill) was discussed. We have received a list of occupancy permits from the Building Department and will again issue bills on newly constructed improvements in February.
3. This meeting will be adjourned in order to attend the Special Town Meeting scheduled for 7 P.M. this evening at Mountview School.
4. Our next meeting will be held on Monday, February 26, 2007 at 4:30 P.M.
