1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion by B. Potvin Kenniston, seconded by J. Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of March 19, 2007 meeting.
2. Miscellaneous Items
The Vision Appraisal Software Users Group meeting is scheduled for May 23 and 24. Beverly Potvin Kenniston and James Dillon will attend for training on the Vision software.
The assessors discussed the FY2008 Update of property values.
The assessors discussed town meeting warrant articles. This board meeting will adjourn to attend the Annual Town Meeting.
The assessors have begun to prepare for the FY08 Preliminary Tax Bills.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 4:30 P.M.
