MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS

1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion by B. Potvin Kenniston, seconded by J. Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of April 28, 2008 meeting.
2. Miscellaneous Items
The Vision Appraisal Software Users Group meeting is scheduled for May 28 and 29. Beverly Potvin Kenniston will attend for training on the Vision software.
The assessors discussed the FY2009 Update of property values. New Growth projections were discussed. We have fewer new houses, but a number of condo developments will be assessed for the first time.
The assessors discussed town meeting warrant articles. This board meeting will adjourn to attend the Adjourned Annual Town Meeting at WRHS Auditorium.
The assessors have begun to prepare for the FY09 Preliminary Tax Bills.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, June 30, 2008 at 4:30 P.M.
