1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion was made by Beverly Potvin Kenniston and seconded by James Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of the February 23, 2009 meeting.
2. Miscellaneous Items

The Board of Assessors reviewed real estate abatement applications. Abatements were granted on a number of real estate abatement applications and denials were also issued. The assessors then met with the owners of 111 Bull Run who had requested a scheduled meeting to review their real estate assessment and abatement application.
The assessors discussed motor vehicle excise. The first commitment of 2009 was mailed on February 10, 2009 and was due on Thursday, March 12, 2009. There were 13,946 bills for a total of $1,451,123.75.
The assessors will be attending the Massachusetts Assessors Association Conference in Springfield on April 1-2, 2009.
The next meeting will be held on Monday, April 27, 2009 at 4:30 P.M.
