1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion made by Beverly Potvin Kenniston, seconded by James Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of March 30, 2009 meeting.

Attorney Paul Beattie and Attorney Lauren Elliott representing Newell Road Realty, LLC were present to discuss real estate abatement applications filed on behalf of their client. One hundred thirteen applications were filed on undeveloped condominiums and three street lots. The assessors continued to review real estate abatement applications. The assessors voted to deny two personal property abatement applications.
The Vision Appraisal Software Users Group meeting is scheduled for May 5 and 6, 2009. This meeting is for training on Vision software. Beverly attended the Massachusetts Assessors Conference on April 1 and 2 in Springfield.
The assessors discussed the revaluation. Jennifer Silva from the Dept. of Revenue was in on April 24th to review state owned land. The review must be completed by the end of April.
The assessors will begin to prepare for the FY10 Preliminary Tax Bills.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, May 18, 2008 at 4:30 P.M.
